Todos queremos salir de la casa bien vestidos, arreglados, y cuando vives en la ciudad tu dia generalmente empieza a las 5 am y solo tienes 30 mins para una rutina…

Si eres hombre: Duchate temprano, sale mejor para ustedes salir recien bañado a la calle… En la ducha usa un limpiador facial (para hombres, hay bastantes productos en el mercado para ustedes)… Si te afeitas usa una afeitadora electrica (es mas facil de usar, sale mas economico a la larga, y no irritan la piel tan facil como una afeitadora desechable)… Sal de la ducha, usa un buen “after shave”, o tonico facial, luego una crema para prevenir la resequedad (a las chicas no nos gusta la resequedad), y secate bien por toooodos lados, usa talco en esos lugares como pies y la zona perianal…

tu ropa la habras elegido la noche anterior, asi que en menos de 5 mins estaras listo… Come un cereal y correeee por esa puerta!!!

Si eres mujer:  Duchate o bañate la noche anterior, no pierdas tiempo con eso…igual que la ropa… Acomoda todo la noche anterior… Levantate lava cara y cuello, tonifica e hidrata (hidratante con factor solar sino aplica un poco de proteccion solar luego del hidratante)… Vistete, Y estila, peina o lo que sea que vayas a hacer con tu pelo… Usa unos lentes de sol ENORMES, y lleva un bolsito con los basicos de maquillaje en tu cartera. Usa los mins extras en casa para comer, en vez de para maquillarte… Ademas en el trabajo muy probablemente no tengas tiempo para ponerte una capa enorme de maquillaje, asi que con solo usar un poco de delineador, rimel y polvo estaras mas que lista :)

Everybody wants to leave home well groomed and less zoombie looking, but when you live in the city your day normally starts at 5 am, and you only have 30 mins to get ready, set, go!

If you are a guy: Get a shower in the morning! Use a facial cleanser (there’s plenty of male products on the market right now)… If you must shave use an electric shaver (a waterproof one maybe?) it’s easy to use, at the long run is cheaper, and it does not irritate your skin as the disposable ones!… After the shower, dry well those areas! use talcum powder on your feet and on THAT area… 

You must have chosen your clothes the night before, so don’t worry about that, you’ll be dressed eating your cereal in five minutes :) and run like the wind!!!

If you are a girl: Bathe or shower the night before, same with the clothes, everything chosen from the night before… When you wake up cleanse, tone and moisturize face and neck, use a bit of Spf as well if there’s none in your moisturizer… Get dressed and get your hair done (brushed, straightened or whatever)… Wear a HUGE pair of shades on so you can stay the mins you spend in your make up having breakfast… So your make up you can get it done at work, or on your way to work… A bit of eyeliner, mascara and compact powder will be more than enough!

I cannot believe all this ppl is exfoliating on an everyday basis and their skin hasn’t  fall off yet… OMG! HOW CAN YOU EXFOLIATE EVERYDAY AND NOT WEAR SUNBLOCK…

A SIN, SO IT IS!

Your skin needs around 15 days to recover the first layer of the skin…

Also not all skin types respond well to exfoliation…because as we know… The skin can do the same process of flakiness by itself! 

for example dry skin gets quite red after exfoliations…

And combination skin gets really irritated afterwards, specially if there’s spots on the way!

PLEASE PPL GIVE A BREAK TO YOUR SKIN FROM EXFOLIATION!

No puedo creer que esta gente se exfolie TODOS LOS DIAS y no se les haya caido la piel todavia… DIOS MIO! COMO TE PUEDES EXFOLIAR TODOS LOS DIAS Y NO USAR PROTECCION SOLAR???

UN PECADO, si que lo es…

tu piel necesita al menos 15 dias para recuperar la epidermis!

De paso, no todos los tipos de piel reaccionan bien a las exfoliaciones…

Por ejemplo, las pieles secas por naturaleza enrojecen muchiiiiisimo…

Y pieles mixtas suelen irritarse, mas aun si hay alguna pustula (pepa, espinilla) en el camino…

ADEMAS tu piel se supone que ya descama naturalmente!!

pero bueno…lo que les queria decir era…

POR FAVOR USEN PROTECCION SOLAR CUANDO SE EXFOLIEEEN!

=WRONG CUP SIZE

Now you can see what a mess it is on the front, and although it fits perfectly on the back it doesn’t feel right… And I don’t know you, but I can’t be all the long with that feeling…

=TALLA EQUIVOCADA DE COPA

Se nota el desastre que es en el frente, y aunque queda perfectamente en la espalda algo no se siente bien… Y no se ustedes, pero yo no puedo soportar eso todo el dia…

=TOO BIG

Now if it is too big, normally it will fit perfectly on the back, but you will have to put your boobs in it every 30 mins, because the sassy ones will be trying to escape.

=MUY GRANDE

Bueno, si es muy grande, por lo general quedara bien en la espalda, pero tendras que estar metiendo tus lolas cada 30 mnts, porque las muy perversas van a estar tratando de escaparse.

Lolas! nuestras lolas necesitan saber que asi sean grandes, peque;as, medias, o de cualquier forma, reales, falses, sean como sean, que las queremos, y que las queremos como son… Tienes que darles el soporte suficiente para que se mantengan firmes y bonitas lo mas que el tiempo lo permita…

Asi que aqui les dejo algunas fotos de lolas con el sosten adecuado y sin el sosten adecuado…

=CON EL SOSTEN MEDIDO

Como se puede ver tiene el tama;o de copa necesario para que esten comodas, y al mismo tiempo el soporte suficiente en la espalda… Asi deberia quedar un sosten.

As you can see it has the right cup size to fit them comfortably, and at the same time provides enough support on the back… That’s the way your bra should look like.

=EL QUE ME GUSTA

Este es el sosten que me gusta, aunque no lo usaria con este tipo de top, porq es muy obvio que no da el soporte en la espalda que necesita y por eso se sube en la parte de atras…

=THE ONE I LIKE

I like it on the front, but I wouldn’t use it with this particular top, because it’s very obvious the lack of support that it gives to my back, and that’s why it’s kind of dragging upwards…
